Senior Consultant
- Contracts Division (Remote)
- Location: Remote (GCC time zones preferred)

Elevate& Beyond is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead day-to-day operations of our Contracts Division. You will be the front line for our talent platform: screening candidates, matching profiles to client needs, running first interviews, and coordinating with consulting firms and enterprise clients across the GCC.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the GCC consulting market and can operate with consulting-grade structure, speed, and professionalism
What you will do
- Conduct first-round interviews and candidate screening (consulting-style quality bar)
- Translate client needs into clear role briefs and shortlists
- Match and propose talent across strategy, tech, PMO, product/agile, and construction delivery resources
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer/onboarding steps
- Engage directly with clients: clarify requirements, set expectations, and manage timelines
- Support weekly reporting: open roles, pipeline status, shortlist progress, placements
- Maintain a clean candidate pipeline (availability, rates, location/residency, compliance docs)
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of GCC consulting hiring needs (Tier-1/Tier-2/Big 4 style environments)
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting operations, or talent marketplaces (5+ years preferred)
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
- Structured and fast: can manage multiple roles at once with clear prioritization
- Comfortable discussing commercial basics: daily rates, availability, contract terms (with guidance)
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and candidates
Nice to have
- Experience screening for consulting roles (case-style, structured thinking)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, ATS/CRM tools, and spreadsheet tracking
